We are present in more than 70,000 business locations and give the entire organisation, from c-suite to frontline, CX and insights teams the tools they need to bring value to the company and the customer.As a Solution Product Manager, you will be part of a Product team that brings together Product Managers, Designers, and Data Experts. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated feature team made up of backend and frontend engineers and designers. You will guide the team from needs definition to production, ensuring the quality, consistency, and communication of the tailored developments designed for strategic clients.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:1. Understanding needs and defining the product solutionGather and analyze needs expressed by clients and those conveyed by customer-facing internal teams.Work closely with the Design and Engineering teams to define a solution aligned with SaaS standards while addressing the specific challenges of strategic clients.2. Feature team coordinationPlan the feature team backlog at the start of each quarter and define quarterly objectives.Prioritize tasks based on business value, dependencies, and team capacity.Animate the feature team daily, ensuring smooth and effective communication.3.
