We are looking for creative and data-driven professionals to join a dynamic team in Barcelona as a Junior Campaign Specialist. In this role, you’ll assist businesses in enhancing their online presence and help them optimize their first advertising campaigns. Purpose of the Role:As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you’ll consult with clients to develop effective PPC campaigns that drive impactful results. Working individually and within a supportive team, you’ll contribute to building a client’s digital advertising foundation and help them achieve success in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: Onboard new clients and develop personalized PPC advertising campaigns. Consult with clients to understand their advertising goals and provide insights to maximize their ad performance. Identify upsell opportunities and ensure long‑term client satisfaction. Manage high volumes of client interactions daily to support campaign success. Requirements: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus). 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising. Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Native level of French (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
