With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more.For our beautiful Corner in Magasin Kongens Nytorv, we are looking for a Corner Manager.ResponsibilitiesYou will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:PeopleManaging, developing and coaching of the Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career and employee appraisalsRecording sick notes for your own teamInduction of new employees and organization of training coursesImplementation of the floor managementActing as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and passing on the Sephora DNAResponsibility for recruitment and recruitment strategiesCommercial PerformanceFull responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets including year-on-year sales growthAnalysis of common retail key figures such as IPT, AVB, Conversation Rate and Market Shares and derivation of sales activities to continuously increase store performanceDevelopment of sales potentialEnsuring flawless visual merchandising standards, including the timely implementation of updates and animationsEnsuring order and cleanliness on the sales floorCreating and communicating recaps and reports to internal interfacesTrack and ensure profitability of storeClient ExperienceEnsure excellent Sephora customer service and team focus on the customerEvaluate customer feedback and derive measures to improve customer serviceEnsure that we regularly surprise our customersOperationsCreate the staff scheduleCreating the daily staff deployment plan and coordinating employees on the store floor (zoning)Implementation of inventories to ensure optimum availability of goodsComplete goods management, from receipt to proper storage, write-offs, returns and tester managementFull responsibility for the proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register closingReporting and tracking of maintenance and merchandise issuesResponsible for store operating according to Sephora Audit rulesParticipation in retail projects in cooperation with the Area ManagersFoster a good relationship with our partnersAdditional tasks related to the daily businessKPIsStock availability & replenishment efficiencyCompliance with operational routinesDevelopment of the categoryControl of retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, number of servicesInventory on schedulePersonal SkillsStrong leadership and coaching skillsCustomer-focused and business-driven mindsetReliable, hands-on, and solution-orientedExcellent communication and delegation abilitiesPositive attitude and ability to inspire othersStructured work ethicExperience & Technical SkillsCompleted studies or completed training, ideally in retailAt least 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sectorPrevious management and team leadership experience and emphatic management style is requiredEnjoy dealing with customers and developing employeesAnalytical and commercial working methodsStrong hands-on mentality and presence on the floorBasic knowledge of SAP and Excel an advantageGood knowledge in English and native language of the countryActs people orientedShows creativity and drives innovationStrives for excellenceHere, you will findCommunity, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spiritCulture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and leadWork that brings fulfillment.
