Key responsibilities Prepare, check, and validate monthly payroll for France employees Handle social security daily allowances (IJSS) Ensure compliance with pension and insurance schemes (AGIRC-ARRCO) Maintain legal and regulatory compliance in payroll processesUpdate payroll procedures, SOPs, and payroll calendars Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for reporting and audits Contribute to continuous improvement and payroll digitalization projects Tools Strada (payroll software) SAP HR SuccessFactors Microsoft Office Suite Profile Degree in Payroll, HR, or Social Accounting Proven experience in French payroll management Strong knowledge of legal and social obligations (DSN, IJSS, AGIRC-ARRCO) Proficiency with payroll tools (Strada, SAP) Detail‑oriented, organized, and deadline‑driven Team player with ability to work in an international environment Where you will be : Eutelsat treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
