Member of Technical Staff – Data Research About the Team The Data Research team advances multimodal intelligence, building large-scale models that operate across diverse input spaces. We combine pioneering research, efficient engineering, and large-scale training to push the boundaries of computer-use models. Key Responsibilities Build and scale data pipelines to create high-quality datasets that improve adaptability and reasoning Innovate training techniques that strengthen efficiency, stability, and performance across modalities Develop state-of-the-art multimodal models that power intelligent agents Design evaluation frameworks that capture edge cases and measure progress across domains Candidate Profile Demonstrated ability to propose and carry out research directions independently Strong sense of teamwork, contributing across a variety of tasks that move the group forward Seeking ownership, embracing challenges, and openness to learning Qualifications Background in training and deploying large multimodal models Experience developing and maintaining multimodal data pipelines (vision, audio, video, etc.) Advanced Python expertise across system design, parallel computing, and large-scale deployments MSc or PhD in machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or a related field Deep understanding of training and evaluation paradigms for multimodal models Strong communication skills and effectiveness in fast-changing environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
