Mission et description de tâches : Rattaché(e) et sous la supervision du responsable du département Offshore Tendering, vous réalisez des études de prix et participez à l’élaboration des propositions. À ce titre, vos principales tâches sont les suivantes : Analyser les documents d’appel d’offres pour participer à la définition de la stratégie de réponse, des ressources requises et des moyens à mettre en place pour y répondre ; Répondre aux appels d’offres pour nos clients ; activité qui comprendra notamment : l’estimation quantitative des moyens, le chiffrage des coûts, la mise à prix, la participation à la préparation des offres techniques et commerciales, la coordination avec les différents départements Supports impliqués (localement et dans le groupe), l’assistance du chef de proposition et du responsable commercial pour les clarifications et les négociations avec les clients. Le nombre important et la variété d’interlocuteurs avec lesquels vous travaillez vous permet d’acquérir un réel rôle d’interface. Cette transversalité vous offre donc l’opportunité de comprendre l’ensemble du fonctionnement d’un projet. PROFILE Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure de type école d’ingénieur (ENSAM, ESTP, INSA, Ecole Centrale de Marseille…), école de commerce ou BTS, vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience sur des fonctions similaires. Doté(e) d’un réel goût pour les chiffres et d’une capacité d’analyse, vous saurez monter en compétences pour maîtriser les techniques de préparation et d’estimation d’offres commerciales propres à un projet. Vous maîtrisez Excel et Word, indispensables pour l’utilisation des logiciels internes. Votre sens du relationnel, votre disponibilité et votre réactivité vous permettent d’évoluer sereinement au sein d’une équipe et de garantir une qualité d’échanges optimale avec vos interlocuteurs internes / externes. Esprit d’initiative, autonomie et gestion du stress vous aideront également dans vos fonctions. La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
