Familjebehandlare – Intensiva teamet – Uddevalla Vuxenutbildning Location: Uddevalla, Västra Götalands län, Sweden Job Summary Contributor to Familjestödsenheten’s intensive team, providing rapid, high‑intensity support to children, young people and families experiencing high anxiety and risk. The role is scheduled irregularly: day, evening, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities Respond to assignments from social‑worker in cases with high anxiety requiring intensive interventions. Initiate rapid support, stabilise and calm the situation over a short period. Work irregular hours including day, evening and weekend availability. Qualifications Academic qualification in social work (180 hp), e.g. socionom, socialpedagog, or socialpsykiatrisk vård, or an equivalent higher education. Valid driving licence and willingness to work at odd times when families need help. Strong knowledge of violence and its consequences, attachment theory and trauma. Initiative, flexibility, energy, teamwork, verbal communication, loyalty, stable coping with challenging situations. Additional Requirements For positions requiring a protected title, a valid license from Socialstyrelsen must be submitted before employment. Background checks, language assessment, and relevant certificates (e.g., HVB‑hem) may be required.
