We are looking for a Senior Contract Specialist/ Project Contracts Manager who can join our multicultural team in Paris.As a Senior Contract Specialist / Project Contract Manager, you will advise project managers on the contractual strategy and manage contracts throughout projects.Job DescriptionAccompany project managers in the set up of the project plan and align contract management planFunction as a business partner for project managersPreparation of contractual/commercial input for internal and external reportingManagement of variation process including identification, preparation, approval, negotiating and reportingEnsure that proper contract compliance and contract administration is maintained in the projectEnsure that contracts and commercial risks are identified, properly evaluated and mitigatedMonitor and analyse issues when they arise and deal with them, anticipate risks and grasp opportunitiesEnsure contract management all along the projects on all topicsManage relations with external partners and stakeholdersYou are meant for this job if:University level education in legal, business, engineering or equivalent7+ years' experience in a related fieldProfound conceptual understanding and mastery of contract management, negotiation and problem solvingGood understanding of project managementStrong communication and influence skills, capacity to motivate and engageBeing a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
