Job Description Devoteam is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager for our Microsoft Business Unit to coordinate and execute our marketing initiatives in France, in order to drive lead generation, customer engagement and brand visibility. For this role, you will live and work in France, and at the same time collaborate with marketers in other countries to work together in a virtual team. The Marketing Manager will be part of Devoteam’s internal marketing agency and will collaborate closely with the Microsoft Business Unit Director and Sales team in France (M Cloud France). You will take up an important role in executing, coordinating, and optimising comprehensive marketing activities and lead generation assets working in close collaboration with the Sales team. For this, it is essential to gain a deep understanding of the division’s business strategy, sales goals and context. At the same time, you work in close collaboration with the other marketers of the internal agency in France and across EMEA who have specialisations in content marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, multimedia, etc. Besides managing the execution and creation of marketing tactics, you will take up an important advisory role to help the Devoteam EMEA Marketing Director with shaping and improving the marketing strategy for the Microsoft Business Unit in France. You will spearhead and drive high-impact lead generation activities designed at a group level, solidifying Devoteam's influential presence. Marketing Operations Sync with the EMEA M Cloud Marketing Director on the marketing initiatives to be performed in France. This involves ensuring alignment with the overarching Devoteam M Cloud marketing strategy and evaluating the potential for scalability across multiple countries in the EMEA region. Thereby optimising the output for widespread benefits across various entities. Execute, manage or coordinate the production of localised marketing assets. Have an important role in determining the right tactics across various channels to achieve the defined goals, ensuring the creation of a cohesive and integrated campaign architecture, and ensuring marketing touchpoints are perceived as relevant for the target audience. Maintain agility and speed to market when coordinating and executing tasks. Check on the quality level of delivered assets. Collaborate closely with the other internal marketing agency teams (Content, Creative & Brand, and Digital) on the production of assets. Marketing Advisory You have an important role in actively crafting and refining the M Cloud Marketing plan for France in collaboration with the EMEA M Cloud Marketing Director and local Business and Sales teams, by offering strategic insights, setting budget recommendations, providing tactical suggestions, and sharing best practices. Performance Analysis Monitor and analyse performance metrics of campaigns and marketing assets, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Report to the relevant stakeholders on how marketing actions were able to generate a positive impact and achieve business goals, demonstrating ROI. Partnership Management Develop and manage the strategic marketing partnership with Microsoft France to align on joint activities, expand Devoteam's reach, generate leads, and drive business growth together with Sales. Set up joint marketing activities with the partner such as events, digital marketing (LinkedIn ads, Google ads), content creation (video, customer success stories) and social media exposure through LinkedIn. Participate in go-to-market programs that provide co-funding for specific marketing actions. Qualifications Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing with an extensive understanding of digital marketing, event management, sales enablement, social media, data automation and content creation Exceptional project management skills Familiarity with marketing performance reporting Familiarity with industry trends and best practices Familiarity with the services of cloud hyperscalers (such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) Technical Skills: Able to work with marketing automation and CRM tools to collaborate with Sales for lead generation, mailings (Hubspot, Salesforce) Able to work with WordPress to collaborate on website assets Able to work with several digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to collaborate on advertising assets is a plus Fluency in French and English (verbal and written); knowledge of other European languages is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and in Google Workspace applications (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) is required Experience with AI tools such as Copilot and Gemini is a plus Soft Skills: Able to cultivate strong relationships with business and marketing director stakeholders from different departments and able to understand their specific needs, business context and challenges Able to lead cross-functional meetings, fostering open communication and collaboration to drive the success of campaigns Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making Curious, with a high interest in marketing Proactive, motivated, and tenacious Versatile, dynamic, and quick to adapt to changing priorities Well-organised, good at managing priorities, with strong attention to detail Strong time management skills Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Can-do and positive mentality Other Requirements Work in Levallois, France Hybrid work is allowed, 3 days' presence at the office is required Occasional travel within the European Union Participating in team-building seminars Participating in regular team meetings and video calls Benefits of joining the team Continuous learning and skill evolution Being part of a collaborative and diverse creative community, with the opportunity to work within smaller squads for specific projects, fostering closer collaboration and efficient creative synergy Gain international exposure while maintaining your local roots Team building and inspirational events The Devoteam Group is committed to equal opportunities, promoting its employees on the basis of merit and actively fighting against all forms of discrimination.
