Our client is a global Industrial looking to hire a Senior Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations ensuring seamless coordination of transportation and warehousing.You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service quality across the supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Logistics team to meet business goals and network performance,Oversee Transportation, Warehousing and reverse Logistics logistics network performance, includingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.Drive continuous improvement using tools like SAP and Power BI.Manage carrier relationships and ensure compliance with SLA's.Report & Monitor KPIs and financial metrics; lead performance review meetings.Coach and mentor team members, driving culture of accountability and growth.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.Proven leadership in managing cross‑functional logistics teams.Strong analytical skills, logistics systems and data tools.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English, French.
