Coordinateur Maintenance Industrielle F/H Published 05.22.2025 Company: Safran Data Systems Job field: Means and equipment maintenance Location: Les Ulis, Ile de France, France Contract type: Permanent, Full-time Required degree: Master Degree Required experience: More than 3 years Professional status: Professional, Engineer & Manager Spoken languages: French Bilingual, English Intermediate Job Description Integrated in the Methods service of the Industrial Direction, we seek a Maintenance Coordinator based at the Ulis site responsible for the following missions: Define and pilot the maintenance policy: Define maintenance strategy with an objective of optimal industrial equipment availability Manage the budget for new equipment purchases and related maintenance costs, minimising costs Set up and monitor maintenance activity indicators Maintain a technological watch on equipment and regulatory watch on environmental protection and safety rules Ensure maintenance quality and industrial activity quality in compliance with current standards Implement maintenance activities Manage the equipment fleet at the Ulis site (climate chambers, refusion furnace, vibratory pots, component placement robot) across various services: fabrication workshop, test platforms, warehouse, test laboratories Organize and supervise maintenance activities and interventions to improve reliability according to safety, hygiene, environment regulations and productivity and quality demands: Niveau 1: Train technicians and production operators for first‑level maintenance Niveau 2: Perform maintenance, repair, monitoring and installation of industrial equipment; find quick technical solutions in case of breakdown to restart production Niveau 3: Select suppliers and contractors: negotiate and coordinate contracts, control execution of interventions Capture and improve: Prepare maintenance reports that identify and recommend technical and procedural improvements in terms of quality, feasibility, cycles and safety (higher yield, lower production cost, more durable equipment, etc.) Study, formalise and standardise practices and processes related to maintenance of the means, including upkeep, repair, monitoring and installation of equipment Participate in continuous improvement deployment, Lean projects and propose optimisations (quality, cost, SSE, technical…) Actively participate in project steering meetings for the construction of the new SDS factory, on maintenance topics Job Requirements Higher education (Bachelor’s +5) in industrial engineering and/or maintenance, with preferably at least 3 years of industry experience.
