Ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with both internal and external specifications.Inspection & Testing: Conduct detailed inspections, measurements, and tests on components and finished products. Utilize a variety of testing methods and tools to verify product performance and durability.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions to optimize product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into product issues or failures, performing root cause analysis to identify the source of problems and implement sustainable solutions.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality control inspections, test results, and non-conformance issues. Prepare reports and provide clear communication to senior management and other departments on quality performance and trends.Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, engineers, and R&D to develop and refine quality standards, processes, and best practices. Serve as a key player in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.Compliance: Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits and ensure all documentation is up to date.What You Bring:Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, or precision engineering is highly preferred.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of quality control methods, tools, and techniques. Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001), Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.Problem-Solving Skills: You have a keen eye for detail and are capable of analyzing complex quality issues. You know how to solve problems effectively and implement corrective and preventive actions.Analytical Mindset: You excel at data analysis, using statistical methods and testing results to assess product quality and make data-driven decisions.Team Collaboration: You work well with cross-functional teams, understanding the importance of communication and teamwork in ensuring the highest quality standards.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inspection tools such as CMM, micrometers, calipers, and other quality testing equipment. Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis software, and ERP systems.Educational Background: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
