The Outreach Training Support Specialist will provide segment, enterprise, and intelligence community level knowledge to assist with strategic integration across the SIGINT offices and to assist with outreach and awareness. You will be working within multi-disciplinary hardware, software, system integration, and data analysis/collections teams that are creating systems that support our customer's missions/requirements. This is a contingent position based upon contract award Responsibilities Support SIGINT outreach activities to include informing, educating and interacting with key members of the IC and DoD, and coordinating and distributing material to internal and external management Manage Outreach and Engagements meeting processes and procedures to include scheduling meetings Attend working group meetings and prepare Outreach meeting agendas Coordinate with the SIGINT Front Office and SPOs to develop content for strategic executive-level presentations and documents, including technical, programmatic or graphics materials such as conference presentations, program overview and capabilities briefings, and SIGINT fact sheets Develop and maintain points of contact for engagement and support efforts across the enterprise Take meeting notes and provide precise meeting minutes, and update Engagement confluence pages Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Poly Required STEM Degree required 1+ years of experience The ability to clearly articulate the SIGINT mission to a wide variety of audiences, listen to their concerns and needs, then identify potential enhancements for future acquisitions Basic understanding of government satellite systems acquisitions Knowledge of program office processes and use of Microsoft Office tools Experience with developing training materials for executive level and technical SMEs Strong communication skills required Experience with providing training in person or remotely Able to present technical material in a manner that is comprehensible and well understood by a vast variety of audiences Ability to manipulate graphics, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations to communicate material Highly Desired Qualifications Knowledge of the System Engineering process Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering Familiarity with current and future SIGINT systems Belong, Connect and Grow at KBR At KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
