The Data Center Physical Security Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining the physical security management system to ensure the safety and integrity of the data center. Responsibilities Security System Implementation • Drive the adoption of the physical security management system across data center operations, facilities, and related teams. Training and Drills • Enhance the security team’s capabilities through regular training, drills, and testing programs. Risk Management • Perform comprehensive security inspections to identify potential risks and ensure timely corrective actions. Incident and Event Support • Ensure effective security control measures during major events or incidents. Qualifications Education • Full‑time college diploma or equivalent qualification in Property Management, Security Technology, or related fields. Experience • At least 3 years of total work experience, including 1 year in security‑related roles within property management or similar industries. Language Skills • Proficiency in both the local language and Chinese. Required Skills Security Knowledge • Understanding of personnel security (man‑guarding), technical security, and emergency response protocols. Communication Skills • Clear articulation, logical thinking, and effective expression. Collaboration Abilities • Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating cross‑functional teams. Self‑Management • Basic project and daily task management capabilities. Preferred Skills Experience in data center or critical facility security operations. Formal certification in security management or related fields. Proven ability to manage security projects independently.
