You’ll work alongside highly skilled colleagues in a high‑trust, low‑ego environment, where technical expertise, initiative, and measurable results are rewarded.The Role – What You’ll DoAs a Network & System Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise networks and IT systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for our global SaaS infrastructure.Your main responsibilities will include:Designing, configuring, and managing enterprise network architectures across multiple locationsMaintaining servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, hybrid)Monitoring network and system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing high‑availability solutionsManaging firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and security protocols to safeguard critical infrastructureSupporting IT automation, scripting, and infrastructure‑as‑code initiatives (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell)Implementing and monitoring backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategiesCollaborating with DevOps, Security, and IT teams to optimize network performance, security, and complianceDocumenting network configurations, system architectures, and operational procedures for global teamsEvaluating and integrating emerging technologies to improve system efficiency, security, and scalabilityAbout You – What You BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field5–8+ years of experience in enterprise network and system engineeringFluency in English, French, and German (verbal and written), additional languages a plusExpertise in enterprise networks, routing/switching, VLANs, firewalls, and WAN/LAN architecturesHands‑on experience with servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), storage systems, and cloud infrastructureStrong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform)Experience with security frameworks, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and compliance standardsKnowledge of high‑availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planningExcellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across global, cross‑functional teamsExperience with monitoring and observability tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk, or equivalent)This role is ideal for a highly skilled, multilingual Network & System Engineer who thrives in complex enterprise environments, is passionate about IT infrastructure and security, and can deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions across a global SaaS organization.Seniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: Software DevelopmentLocation: Paris, Île‑de‑France, France #J-18808-Ljbffr
