Associate and Vice President - Healthcare Investment Banking

Job Description:

  • Broad range of deal types including M&A, IPOs and Private Placements
  • Pan-European clients and transactions
  • Working with highly innovative and transformative growth companies
  • Cross-border deals with our international teams
  • Executing transactions, including the leading and management of the deal execution process
  • Building origination and business development skills
  • Management and training of junior team members
  • Supporting senior bankers and contributing to the overall development of the franchise

Requirements:

  • Between 3 - 9 years’ previous investment banking experience from an investment bank, boutique or Big 4 transaction services/M&A team
  • Deal experience in Healthcare would be a plus
  • Capable of leading a deal team (for VP position)
  • Outstanding academic track record
  • Fluent in English and French (a plus)
  • Exceptional analytical and financial skills
  • Self-starter and motivated to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial team
  • Strong team player with good team building and development skills.
