Quelques postes qu'on a filled récemment Founding sales - package : 200k€ + equity Founding Eng - 130k€ + equity Co‑CTO - 110k€ + equity Head of Growth - 80k€ + equity Stakha recherche un à deux Tech Recruiters (CDI) pour accompagner sa croissance et répondre à de nouveaux mandats. Le rôle En tant que Tech Recruiter, vous êtes owner de votre périmètre de bout en bout. Vous gérez l’intégralité du cycle de recrutement, du brief au closing, avec une responsabilité claire sur les résultats. Vous n’exécutez pas un process figé. Vous contribuez à l’améliorer en continu. Vos missions Identifier, approcher et construire un pool de candidats engineering tier‑1 en France et en Europe. Accompagner les candidats tout au long du process avec des feedbacks clairs, des insights marché et une logique de conseil. Mener les prises de brief avec les clients et challenger leurs attentes dès le départ. Conseiller les founders sur le scope du rôle, le niveau de séniorité, les contraintes marché. Assurer un suivi rigoureux, la restitution des feedbacks et le closing des recrutements, avec un haut niveau de réactivité côté client & candidats. Profil recherché Min. 4 ans d'exp À l'aise à bosser en full‑remote À l'aise à bosser en autonomie avec des short deadlines Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais Vous recherchez un impact réel, visible et mesurable tant pour Stakha que pour vos candidats & clients.
