Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - AI Health Assistant We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer to build and scale AI-powered health assistant platforms at Alan. Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding conversational experience for the AI health companion. Scale the system to serve millions of users, ensuring low latency and high reliability. Integrate the assistant with Alan’s existing health services and product ecosystem. Extend the architecture and agent framework to support future features and international rollouts. Collaborate with product, ML, and medical experts to implement new capabilities. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code quality and architectural decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of production software engineering experience. Strong background in backend systems and architecture. Experience with LLMs, multi‑agent architectures, or ML ops. Product‑oriented mindset and passion for building impactful solutions. Self‑directed, pragmatic, and collaborative. Fluent in English.
