The position is available immediately.MissionJoining our firm, you will integrate the Data & IA Business Unit, dedicated to supporting insurance players in their data transformation. Your missions will include:For our clients in the insurance sector:Supporting operational teams (actuarial, management, underwriting, claims, compliance…) in data valorization.Participating in the design and implementation of data use cases (portfolio analysis, fraud detection, pricing, forecasting, etc.).Developing data visualization tools, automating reports, and facilitating data access for operational management.Engaging in governance, quality, or data migration projects towards modern architectures (cloud, data lake, data warehouse).Internally, within the Data & IA BU:Contributing to the enhancement of our Data Assurance offerings (research, feedback, best practices).Participating in business development activities such as bids, pre-sales, or internal training.ProfileYou are the ideal candidate if:You hold a degree from an engineering school, statistics, or a master's with specialization in data, actuarial science, or quantitative analysis.You have at least 3-4 years of experience in data, notably within insurance or consulting firms.You are proficient in data processing and analysis tools (Python, SQL, R) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik…).You understand insurance-specific issues: data quality, predictive models, technical management, regulatory constraints (Solvency 2, IFRS 17…).You have an interest in data governance and can interact with both business and technical stakeholders.Knowledge of cloud tools (AWS, Azure, GCP), data management solutions (Dataiku, Talend, Alteryx…), or pipelines (Airflow, dbt…) is a plus.Why join us?A human-sized firm with values of kindness, boldness, and transparency.Flat management and close supervision for tailored support.Committed to CSR (EcoVadis, Global Compact labels, CSR initiatives).Recognized for employee well-being (social barometer, remote work policy, performance bonuses, participation and profit-sharing).A vibrant internal life (after work, team building, kick-offs, internal and external training).RemunerationDepending on profile.Recruitment process:An initial phone interview with a Recruiter.An interview with an Account Manager and a Recruiter.A technical interview with a Manager or Senior Consultant.A motivation interview with a Partner.Location: 81 rue des Archives, 75003Website: https://www.nexialog.com/Additional infoSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: OtherJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Business Consulting and ServicesReferrals can double your chances of interview success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
