Focus on the client account data maintenance and constantly improve the processes and the data accuracy in line with DB’s values and policies as well as our regulatory commitments.ResponsibilitiesBe the functional analyst point of contact for development and IT team for any new FICOBA Reporting enhancement.Capture, control and consolidate the data required for the regulatory reporting FICOBA to be sent weekly to the tax authorities financial reporting to the various authorities (regulatory, central bank, tax). Monitor the letters of execution process end to end.Maintain oversight activities and be the escalation point for any issues/blockers resulting from the offshore teams. Respond to queries from other operational teams, as well as KYC teams, Front Office, Compliance and Finance departments.Maintenance and confirmation of all the static data related to our client accounts in the various DB systems, in coordination with our offshore teams (opening and closing of accounts, Instruct and 4 eyes update of authorized signatories request and power of attorneys etc).Maintenance and archiving physical client files.SkillsMinimum of 4 years experience in Banking industryFluent in English and FrenchExcellent organizational and prioritization skillsExcellent communication and relationships skillsAbility to work in a teamStrong Pack Office knowledge: Macro, VBA and SQL advanced knowledgeFlexibility and ability to work under pressureSelf-Directed and willing to take initiativesWell-being & BenefitsEmotionally and mentally balanced: We support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health.
