In this role, you will: Manage assigned caseload for Tier 1 payroll requests, responding to inquiries and supporting transactional execution, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service quality standards are exceeded. Serve as point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, with focus on France, while also providing support to other countries as needed. Manage the full payroll cycle: collect, validate, and input payroll‑related data and ensure timely payment of salaries in compliance with statutory and collectively agreed regulations. Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate calculations and timely submissions of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements. Interact with HR and finance as part of the monthly payroll activities by updating related HRIS, sharing hire, leaver, transfer, promotion, and organizational changes in a timely and accurate manner. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance and document procedures, and ensure internal controls are in place. Correspond with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions, and other authorities. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare regular payroll reports and statistics, issue certificates and forms, reconcile accounts with the financial accounting department, and prepare the annual financial statements. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of proven experience executing payroll. Deep knowledge of local labor, tax, and social security regulations in France; additional country‑specific knowledge is welcomed. Experience working within multicultural, international teams, including collaboration with Finance and HR business partners. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information while demonstrating strong collaboration skills (communication, tone, messaging, execution, planning, ownership). Problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in French and English; additional European languages are welcomed. Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential.
