The goal of the program is to provide you with the best possible support early in your career so that you can reach your full potential in your working life What you can expect Build Supply Chain expertise through rotations across manufacturing plants, divisional teams, and specialist support functions Implement, monitor and expand processes to balance on-time delivery and inventories Learn basics of S&OP and communication of the rolling forecast Learn about the management of goods receipts incl. prioritisation Work in warehousing from goods receipt, to put-away, storage, pick & pack to ship in close collaboration with the Lean teams Familiarize and use the procurement best practices, being actively involved in negotiations with suppliers Your ideal profile should include Master’s degree in engineering or business administration Process-driven, organised and disciplined approach Initiative and strong communication skills Geographical mobility after completion of the graduate program to enable continued personal and professional development Fluent in local language and English First-hand experience in project management is a plus What we offer Solid employer on the market for over 100 years Accelerated development of your functional, technical and leadership skills whilst building your network Multiple assignments across the two-year program, including one abroad to gather various experiences Company values that encourage trust, respect, collaboration and professional growth Open environment: we are excited to hear your ideas Country: France Permanent position after the program could be located in: Colombes Have we sparked your interest?
