As a key innovator, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and ensure your ideas directly fuel our growth and innovation. You’ll truly be at the heart of making things happen and pushing boundaries every day. Be accountable for defining, executing, and optimizing user acquisition strategies across multiple apps. Drive and analyze the performance of our campaigns using LTV and cohort analysis, identify the most relevant signals, and increase the ROAS of our apps. Be the business partner to the product team, identifying opportunities through deep product understanding and market benchmarking, while collaborating with Growth to spot trends and drive innovative UA activations. Work closely with the Creative team, benchmarking and identifying trends to define the right marketability and communication angles that generate both visibility and performance in user acquisition. Stay on top of acquisition trends, constantly identify new touchpoints, and maintain a mindset of innovation and testing—both paid and unpaid—to acquire users effectively and efficiently while always challenging how we do things. Continuously improve our internal tools in cooperation with the BI and Tech teams to constantly increase daily efficiency. You posses the mindset aligned with the 9 MWM principles described on the home page ABOUT YOU You have a first experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, ideally within the mobile industry. You are familiar with major UA platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, AppLovin, IronSource, TikTok, DSPs, etc.) as well as MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.). You are creative, think outside the box, and demonstrate curiosity, passion, and strong critical thinking. You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and perform under tight deadlines. You have solid experience in data-driven decision-making and A/B testing, using insights to guide strategy. You are eager to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility. Fluent in English, knowledge in French is a plus.
