We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to form part of the founding team of Interpath Advisory France.We are looking for a talented Senior Associate to join in our Transaction Services team in Paris and deliver Transaction services projects for an exciting mix of clients including top tier Private Equity and Corporate clients.You will be working closely with Managing Directors and Managers in a truly entrepreneurial work environment, setting up and developing a leading Deal Advisory practice in France alongside bright and energetic people.You will work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands-on role, including both buy-side and sell-side work, helping clients to deliver successful transactions working closely alongside our corporate finance and debt advisory colleagues across the Interpath network.On top of that, you will be encourage to mentor our analysts and associates in accordance with our values.Key Accountabilities:Drafting of Financial Due Diligence reports including but not limited to:Historical performance analysisQuality of Earnings: Helping the client identify one-off income costs which should not be considered within underlying earnings.Net Working Capital “NWC”: Identify the drivers of the evolution of NWC over the historical period and establish a NWC benchmark (peg)Identification of debt like items from review of balance sheet and off-balance sheet arrangementsForecasts: Analytical skills to critically assess a target’s forecast and identify potential risks and upsides, based on historical trends, sales pipeline etcParticipating in meetings /conference calls with clients/target company management and serve as a secondary point of contact with respect to day-to-day FDD execution mattersBe actively involved in building and maintaining client relationships as well as promoting Interpath Advisory France.Top tier business / engineering school or university (Bac +5) with a focus on accounting, business, finance or economicsA minimum of 2 years of transaction services experience at a top accounting firm (Big4 or equivalent)Experience in Audit is a plusEntrepreneurial mindset and team spirit requiredStrong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environmentStrong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsFluent English written and spoken #J-18808-Ljbffr
