This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and implementing IT systems that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business partners and IT teams, managing IT projects with a focus on operational excellence.This role will be based in our Paris, France offices.Responsibilities:Conduct requirements sessions with business users and subject matter experts to gain a thorough understanding of business problemsProvide guidance in formulating new requirements by balancing process and system improvementsAnalyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design solutionsDocument scope, detailed requirements, and system specifications, including business benefits, user stories, process flows, business rules, acceptance criteria, and wireframesDesign solutions that address identified issues, which may include redesigning workflows, implementing new technologies, or introducing process improvementsParticipate in the Quality Assurance process by developing test cases to ensure requirements are properly implementedLead User Acceptance Testing and guide business partners as neededAssist in producing user training documentation and work with the business to train usersPartner with various technical delivery teams to implement end-to-end solutions adhering to all Change Management policiesManage IT projects and drive them to completion, ensuring requirements are met within project budgets and timeframesDevelop detailed project plans and work assignments, monitor progress, and communicate status to relevant stakeholdersAdhere to the recommended Project Management Office standards for gate reviews, formal planning, tracking, and reporting mechanismsWork with the Production support team to ensure incidents and problems are resolved within defined service level agreementsQualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field4-6 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst roleExperience with Oracle JDE E1 ERP applicationsExperience in IT Manufacturing or Supply ChainProject Management experienceDemonstrated experience documenting use cases, process diagrams, and functional requirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skillsProficient in MS-Office suite and Microsoft Visio (or comparable tool)Fluent in French and EnglishPreferred:Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft ProjectWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentA supportive and inclusive work environmentTraining and professional development programsHow to Apply:If you are passionate about business analysis and want to be part of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and why you would be a great fit for this role.Additional Information:Location: Paris 2Type of Contract: Permanent ContractAll gender identities and orientations are encouraged to applyPlease let Tiffany know if you request any accommodations for interview, we are happy to make any accommodation neededSoumettre avec CV en anglais, s\'il vous plaît #J-18808-Ljbffr
