Job Description We are looking for a Lead Deckhand from a 100m+ looking to step up or a Bosun with good solid experience at running the Deck and Big team. Ideally someone with great leadership - will be managing a big team, mentoring - will need to coach and mentor the junior deckhands on deck maintenance procedures & techniques. Positive outlook and willing to go above and beyond to achieve a common goal. Planning & organizing - planning work schedules, worklists and assigning tasks to suitably qualified crew. Qualifications Minimum 2 years Bosun experience on 60m+ yachts TWIN JET tender driving skills a plus MUST BE fully vaccinated against Covid x3 Impressive customer service skills are imperative Ability to manage a large team Hard work ethics Excellent maintenance and product knowledge, fiberglass and line works Good eye for detail and good safety knowledge Basic engineering knowledge Advanced knowledge on water sports Confident driver Fluent English Other Ability to manage team of 15.
