Description du poste Filière / Métier Human Resources & Transformation - Human Resources & Transformation Intitulé du poste STAGE : People Development Analyst Contrat Stage Description de la mission Assist in the design and delivery of learning programs, workshops, and digital content. Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees and interns. Help manage the Stellantis Learning Hub, including tracking completions and feedback. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials, and communications. Analyze learning data and generate reports to assess program effectiveness. Contribute to internal communications and marketing efforts for L&D initiatives. Participate in special projects related to leadership development, career pathways, and employee experience. Profil Currently pursuing a Bahelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or a related field. Strong interest in learning and development, talent management, or HR strategy. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with learning platforms (e.g., SABA, LMS) is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
