Showroom Manager

For our new Design Center based in Casablanca, Morocco, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaging person to head up the day to day operations. Main duties and responsibilities Take full operational responsibility for the Design Center. Ensure that a professional, welcoming experience is maintained for showroom visitors at all times Maintain the showroom appearance including it\'s organisation, cleanliness, and updating of showroom displays Establish strong relationship with wide range of decision makers, including architects, designers, project consultants, distributors, developers, builders, carpenters as well as end-consumers Develop new business leads, visit and attract key architectural offices in order to specify our products in their projects Follow latest trends in interior design and keep up with product innovations and customer demands Organise and participate in local fairs, specific events to promote the Kronospan brand Schedule customer meeting, lead workshops, presentations, staff trainings and other promotional activities and events Promote the Design Center and its activities as well as establish a strong online presence Preparation and control of the marketing budget Requirements Your university degree will be in either interior design, architecture, marketing or public relations Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills are essential You will have a minimum of 3 years\' relevant experience, and be knowledgeable and passionate about our products Dedicated and flexible with a hands-on approach, you will be comfortable in using your own initiative in this fast paced, entrepreneurial environment Multi-lingual in French, Arabic and English is essential. Spanish or German would be advantageous. Ability to travel outside of Morocco essential, a current valid Schengen visa would be advantageous.
