Start date: January 2026Duration: 6 months (renewable)Location: On site at Libourne at least 3 days per weekContext & MissionWe are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Manager to lead the Data Engineering squad during a critical transition phase. The mission covers three parallel objectives :Bootstrap the future target Data Platform, whose stack is currently under validation and is expected to be based on Databricks or Snowflake on Microsoft AzureMigrate legacy data stacks progressively to the new platformDeliver ongoing business and client projects, both on legacy stacks and the new platform, without disrupting operationsThis role requires strong leadership, execution discipline.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Data Engineering squad (internal team and external partners)Own delivery, capacity, and operational performance across legacy and target platformsEnsure reliability, performance, scalability, and cost optimizationStructure and drive the bootstrap of the target Data PlatformPlan and execute the progressive migration from legacy to target stackSecure delivery of ongoing business and client projects on both stacksDefine and enforce Data Engineering standards and ways of workingAct as the main interface with Data Product, Architecture, and IT stakeholdersSupport and enable local CEVA Data teams on Data technology stacksRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience as Data Engineering Manager / Lead in complex, transitional environmentsStrong background in data platforms and data engineering; solid experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake, ideally on AzureExperience managing mixed teams (internal, consultants, offshore/AMS)Strong understanding of run, incident management, and cost controlExperience with legacy‑to‑target platform migration Strong leadership and stakeholder management skillsSenior profile required (autonomous, pragmatic, delivery‑focused) #J-18808-Ljbffr
