Transformation Finance Programme Director (H/F) - 75

Mon client, basé à Paris, recherche un Directeur de Programme pour un grand projet de Transformation Finance.

La feuille de route prévoit 6 à 9 mois avec un soutien externe intense pour mettre en place le programme, définir et mettre en œuvre un cadre de reporting financier, mettre en œuvre le modèle de prestation de services financiers et installer une cadence de mise en œuvre rigoureuse. Nous pensons que cette tâche devrait être prise en charge, après 6 à 9 mois, par de nouvelles recrues (incluses dans le modèle d'organisation de l'état final, par exemple le responsable du processus financier mondial, le responsable du processus de reporting et d'analyse mondial).

Le programme doit tirer parti de la centralisation, de la normalisation et des économies d'échelle, grâce à un plan de ressources optimal, et nous permettre de mener à bien nos activités habituelles.

Responsabilités :
  1. Réaliser une fonction financière rationalisée, efficace et intégrée qui soutienne les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  2. Assurer l'alignement des initiatives de transformation financière sur la stratégie globale de l'entreprise.
  3. Élaborer un plan de programme complet décrivant les principales étapes, les résultats attendus et les échéances.
  4. Procéder régulièrement à des examens et à des mises à jour du programme afin de garantir son alignement sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  5. S'engager avec les principales parties prenantes pour s'assurer de l'adhésion et du soutien des initiatives de transformation.
  6. Identifier et gérer les risques et les problèmes susceptibles d'avoir une incidence sur la réussite du programme.
Profil :
  1. Profil Senior, minimum 10 ans d'expérience
  2. Profil Comptable / Finance Diplomé
  3. Expérience sur la suite Oracle EPM (Essbase, Hyperion Planning, FCCS, etc.) et sur SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, SAC). Egalement sur Concur.
  4. Grosse expérience de la conduite et de la réalisation de projets de transformation financière.
  5. Expérience préalable dans des entreprises financées par des fonds d'investissement privés ou dans des environnements de restructuration importants, avec une compréhension du rythme rapide, des exigences en matière de reporting et des nuances en matière de gestion des parties prenantes.
  6. Capacité à gérer des parties prenantes de haut niveau.
  7. Aptitude à la méthode de travail mettant l'accent sur l'efficacité et rapidité d'exécution.
