Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.The Planning manager for serial Life MEA/Mass production (RPS – ‘’Responsable Planning Série’’), under the authority of the Serial Life CVE MEA, is in charge of the Projects timing objectivesachievement by carrying out the actions necessary to their elaboration, consolidation and management :Implement and coordinate the general and detailed scheduling of the serial life to ensure timing consistency in executionBuild and monitor the list of means for validation with their scheduling, manufacturing and delivery to customersManage the resources budget (headcounts and means) and manage all action plans to respect itOperationally manage the planning project specialist, planning business specialist, planning window specialist and planning Change Management specialist - placed at his disposal by Planning PMOTarget : ensure serial life execution at due date aligned with the serial life scheduling, with the committed headcounts & means budget.ResponsibilitiesMonitor the business and windows by coordinating the time fieldSet up the operational schedule of the control board for mass production (business - Windows) from Cost, Quality, Product Events, Regulations Impacts…Coordinate the Change Management meetings (or delegate the coordination), with Planning PMO, for the methodology and transverse subjects.Insure recording of evolutions in the reference base (e.g. in fPSA ALTIS and/or PLM IT systems)Contract relations under the deadlines aspect -resources with the area of competenceInsure control of the application of negotiated deliverablesSuggest and set up preventive or curative action plans necessary to reach the deadlines- resources goals of the Mass Production projectCoordinate schedule with responsible stakeholders, by including the different milestones of agreement, commitment, and progress.Monitor the synthesis of the validation means, preproduction, vehicle batch method, captive fleet, and specials needsMonitor the synthesis of all topics / items, and windows launches.InterfacesWith Brands/Regions for the standard and option list (mix and product content)With Platforms, Modules, Subsystems engineering departments for the management of planning, humanresources and meansWith Manufacturing / Plants to ensure the application of negociated planningAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.We welcome applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and disability.
