Across all these areas we work very closely with the Senior Leadership, the Sales, Account Management and Go‑to‑Market teams. The scope is Global (France, Belgium, Spain and Canada for the time being).ResponsibilitiesDefine an ambitious strategy to achieve our business objectives and translate this into an actionable plan.Monitor and explain our performance towards our business objectives.Enable our Sales and Account Management teams to achieve these business objectives and become the most effective commercial teams in the tech industry.Own medium to large scale projects in Business Planning and Strategy, including Business Strategy, Sales & Account Manager Planning and Performance Monitoring & Steering.QualificationsAt least 3‑5 years of experience in business strategy, sales strategy & operations, revenue operations or business finance/strategic finance departments in a B2B company (preferably).Management consulting, investment banking or private equity experience.Critical thinking and problem solving skills: ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, deep analytical rigour, great Excel skills and moderate SQL knowledge.Business sense: at ease with B2B operational and financial metrics and passion for getting close to the business.Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and build relationships across multiple stakeholders.Fluency in English and French.Nice to haveExperience with BI and visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau) and Salesforce.Experience in the SaaS/Tech sectors.Exposure to large sales teams (100+).Perks & BenefitsGenerous equity packages complemented by a competitive base salary.Flexible office options: HQ, co‑working hubs or full‑remote experience with home office sponsorship.All the tools you need: MacBook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor and Bose noise‑canceling headphones.Flexible vacation policy and working hours.Extremely comprehensive health insurance: 100% for you and your children.Country‑specific commuter benefits.Learning & training opportunities: free books, conference budget and coaching culture.Parental leave: extended leave for all new parents.We hire people, not roles.
