Role Overview We are launching a Business Development Representative (BDR) – Graduate Program. Over 18‑24 months you will acquire core sales skills and progress to senior sales roles. The program will run in stages: first, you’ll focus on a specific market segment for 12 months, then rotate to new segments and later transition to Enterprise or SMB BDR positions, preparing you for internal mobility to roles such as Account Executive. Responsibilities Develop and execute an effective prospecting strategy. Research and understand market dynamics and customer needs. Generate interest across channels (email, social networks, cold calls). Book and conduct discovery meetings with C‑Level stakeholders. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine sales approaches and tackle new prospecting methods. Qualifications Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent, with up to two years of professional experience. Enthusiastic, mission‑driven, and eager to contribute to Alan’s purpose. Team‑player, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a preference for fluency in French.
