The role involves delivering technical projects, guiding technical choices, and contributing to a collaborative development environment. Responsibilities Lead technical projects: ensure proper progression of developments and define the technical direction and methodologies to be used with the team. Analyze project needs and technical constraints and monitor delivery quality. Support and upskill development teams, including conducting pair programming sessions. Develop technical solutions (design, code, tests, documentation) with the team. Take charge of the most complex development phases. Keep up-to-date with technological evolutions. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in IT. Proficiency with multiple technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Vue, React, Node, Docker, etc., and familiarity with project management methods (Scrum, SAFe). Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain team cohesion. Ability to communicate in English (technical level).
