🌟 Le rôle Nous recherchons notre futur·e International HR manager pour structurer, piloter et faire grandir tous les aspects opérationnels des ressources humaines chez ray studios. Un rôle clé, rattaché directement au fondateur et CEO, avec un périmètre international : actuellement France, Espagne, Belgique, et d'autres pays européens à venir. 💼 Ressources Humaines (90%) Gestion de l’ensemble des sujets sociaux et légaux RH dans l'ensemble des pays où nous intervenons Coordination de la paie, des prestataires RH et du respect du droit du travail Mise en place et suivi de process RH structurants (onboarding, offboarding, congés, télétravail, etc.) Suivi de la compliance (documents obligatoires, contrats de travail, registres, procédures) Liaison avec les salariés sur toutes les questions sociales et contractuelles Établissement des processus de recrutement. Création, gestion et mise à jour des politiques et process RH Relation avec les prestataires juridiques, comptables, paie, etc. Utilisation d’outils collaboratifs et SaaS de dernière génération 🧑💻 Office & Event Management (10%) Supervision du bureau de Paris et gestion des prestataires associés Organisation des événements internes (retreats, séminaires, soirées, team-building) 💻 Nos outils du quotidien Notion (documentation, politiques, onboarding), Payfit Slack, Pennylane, Combo, ChatGPT, etc. Au moins 4 ans d’expérience en HR Ops, HR Generalist ou équivalent Solide connaissance du cadre légal et social en France (et si possible Espagne / Belgique) Expérience dans un environnement international et en croissance rapide Une maîtrise de l'espagnol est un plus Capacité à mettre en place des outils et automatisations Appétence pour l’IA et les outils tech qui facilitent la vie Très à l’aise avec les sujets administratifs, juridiques et contractuels Rigueur, autonomie, fiabilité #J-18808-Ljbffr
