Job SummaryAs a Transformation Consultant, you will support client transformation initiatives by working alongside Principle Transformation Consultants and Delivery teams. You’ll help ensure smooth project execution, contribute to high-quality deliverables, and learn how to guide organizations through business and IT transformation journeys. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop consulting skills, gain exposure to senior client stakeholders, and build expertise in transformation & change methodologies and the Atlassian ecosystem. ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Value CreationCo-develop transformation offerings in collaboration with internal practices (e.g., Cloud, ITSM)Translate business and IT requirements into clear value propositions and project scopesContribute to building reusable approaches, templates, or frameworks (e.g., for ITSM transformation, cloud migration)Change Management & CommunicationSupport clients in their change journey by preparing communication materials, workshops, and training sessionsHelp identify potential adoption challenges and propose ways to address themTranslate complex technical or process changes into clear, engaging messages for different audiencesContribute to stakeholder analysis and change impact assessmentsClient Partnership & Engagement DeliveryServe as the main point of contact for client stakeholders across transformation initiativesUnderstand clients’ business goals and align solutions based on the Atlassian stack and related technologiesSupport delivery teams to ensure smooth execution, quality outcomes, and client satisfactionContribute to the coordination and success of transformation projects, focusing on measurable business valueBusiness Development & Account GrowthSupport strategic planning and proposal efforts in close collaboration with sales and senior consultantsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned client accountsHelp develop go-to-market assets that position our capabilities in a clear and compelling wayTeam Collaboration & Knowledge SharingAct as a sparring partner for contributing to knowledge growth and professional developmentShare market and client insights internally to enhance offering development and delivery practicesQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of consulting experience, ideally with exposure to business or IT transformation topicsProven track record of managing client relationships and contributing to account growthStrong interest in change management, communication, and user adoption, and a desire to develop expertise in these areasExcellent communication skills in both English and FrenchAbility to structure information clearly and engage diverse stakeholdersFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar technologiesExperience working with cross-functional teams and bridging gaps between technical and business stakeholdersAdaptable and proactive, thriving in dynamic environments with balance of strategic thinking and hands-on problem solvingWhy Join Valiantys?Join a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization where transformation is at the heart of everything we do.
