Job Overview PH Psychiatre Service 92G17 ou PC - H/F at Groupe Hospitalier Fondation Vallée - Paul Guiraud Contrat: CDI full‑time. Possibility of service leadership (chefferie de service). Location: Clamart and Plessis Robinson (communes de Clamart et du Plessis Robinson). Units: hospitalisation temps plein, CMP, HDJ. Activity distribution will be negotiated according to service needs. Mission: Serve as a dynamic psychiatrist within a multidisciplinary collective that aims for broad quality of care, including intersectorial cooperation, diverse interventions, and a strong continuity of care inside and outside the hospital. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric care in the assigned units. Lead or participate in quality improvement projects that foster intersectorial collaboration and integrated care pathways. Develop and implement extrahospital ambulatory services, including outpatient activites recently upgraded. Coordinate patient journeys to ensure continuity and effective articulation between intra‑ and extra‑hospital services. Contribute to psychosocial rehabilitation through cognitive remediation, psycho‑education, family therapy, and population‑based approaches (public precaire, elderly, adolescents, etc.). Offer specialised consultations such as psychotrauma treatment and other targeted interventions. Qualifications Qualified psychiatrist (French certification required). Experience after internship of at least 5 years is preferred, although entry‑level candidates may be considered. Interest and experience in intersectorial work, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary teamwork. Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex patients. Fluency in French (required).
