The main objectives are: Secure accounts to protect the program and reinforce trust among members and partners Turn security into a business opportunity to improve data quality and marketing/financial performance Your mission: 1. Operational management and performance (35%) Supervise the external analyst team and optimize daily analysis processes Define and monitor key KPIs: reduction of fraud rate, optimization of fraud-related costs and Customer Contact Center costs, improvement of member satisfaction Lead and plan Compliance Committee(s) with an action-, results- and ROI-oriented approach Coordinate internal fraud-related events and communications (IT security, Customer Contact Center, GDPR compliance, etc.) 2.
