You will lead a team of AI engineers and full-stack developers while staying hands‑on with coding and system design at least 50% of the time. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical architecture, mentoring your team, and ensuring our AI systems deliver maximum impact for users worldwide. What You’ll Do Build and maintain production‑ready AI systems integrating LLMs and custom models. Design robust components for prompt management, post‑processing, and RAG pipelines. Ensure system reliability and observability via testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and clean architecture. Collaborate closely with product teams and end‑users to align technical solutions with product vision. Lead and mentor a team, foster a collaborative culture, and drive high‑quality delivery. Continuously optimize the value delivered to end‑users, both individually and as a team. What We’re Looking For Essential: 4+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in startups or with a strong academic background. Hands‑on experience in Python and backend development. Experience building or maintaining AI / LLM‑based systems. Familiarity with LLM SDKs and libraries (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google GenAI, LiteLLM, Langchain). Proven ability to design production‑grade AI components with reliability and observability. Strong leadership and collaboration skills: able to mentor, inspire and motivate teams. Fluent in French and English. Nice‑to‑have: Knowledge of search systems or RAG pipelines. Experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning (NLP or Computer Vision).
