Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Insurance OfferBe among the first 25 applicants.The Mission & ImpactWe equip our Sales team with tools to craft, price, and contractualize insurance offers in a single flow, powering both our self‑serve subscription engine and our broader product suite. Over time we manage contract lifecycles to ensure legal compliance, responsible consumption, and balanced loss ratios. Alan’s claim engine, billing system, and many other components rely on these offers to deliver a pristine experience to our members.What You'll Build and Who You'll Work WithNext‑Gen Healthcare Framework: Build the contract and service stack that will power Alan’s growth across four countries and multiple products for the next decade.AI‑powered Acquisition Engine: Enable autonomous sales teams with AI to customize coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real time. Automated Renewal System: Automatically review and adjust coverage for our entire portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts.You will collaborate closely with insurance experts, business specialists, sales teams, and other engineering units, acting as the bridge between complex regulations and simple user experiences.Why This Role Is SpecialDirect Impact: Your decisions affect Alan’s scaling, growth, profitability, and the ability to provide easy access to healthcare for more people.
