Account Executive Business Team The Account Executive Business team drives Zefir’s growth by building and expanding our community of real‑estate agents. Our mission is to create a unique marketplace that fosters seamless collaboration among professionals. Responsibilities Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting strategy, qualification, closing, and onboarding. Identify high‑potential real‑estate agents and build a strong pipeline. Collaborate closely with Account Management and Operations teams to optimize internal processes. Contribute to developing a distinctive real‑estate marketplace that enhances cooperation among agents. Qualifications A first experience in B2B prospecting and closing, ideally with limited or no inbound leads. Strong organisational skills and ability to handle a high volume of calls. Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for implementing new processes. Desire to grow within an ambitious startup environment with direct impact on results. Fluency in English and French is required.
