MAIN MISSIONS Within the General Secretary Team, you will be Nutrition manager for France. In this role, you will be the business partner of the team in France for both Cheese and Squeeze (fruit compotes, jams, desserts) businesses on nutrition topics, providing vision, leadership, and support, deploying the Group nutrition strategy to fuel the Company mission to provide healthier and more sustainable food accessible to all. Your main missions in this role will be to: Actively contribute to the success of new product developments projects (innovations, renovations projects), brands communication initiatives (on pack, web, press…) by providing nutrition inputs and recommendations Provide nutritional inputs to the Foodservice strategy for France, as a pilot for the Group Nourish the teams with nutritional insights coming from your scientific watch, competition benchmarks… Define and implement the nutrition communication activations for French nutrition stakeholders (congresses, press relations, meetings), based on the Group strategy and French business needs. Monitor and report French nutrition KPIs to the Group Support the French Marketing team in the valorization of the nutritional attributes of all our products Build and animate a network of key opinion leaders and experts in the field and represent Bel on nutrition topics within French trade associations, coalitions and institutions (ANSES, CIQUAL, OQALI, PNNS…), in collaboration with public affairs and food law colleagues Lead discussions and be the internal nutrition expert on Front of pack nutritional labelling (nutriscore…) and marketing to kids topics, working closely with other functions (food law, marketing, public affairs…). Coordinate the ongoing programs to support healthy lifestyle in France, in collaboration with the Group Nutrition team You will report to the General Secretary for France, with a dotted line with the Group Nutrition Director. PROFILE You have a food science and/or nutrition background with at minimum a Master degree or equivalent, and 7 to 10 years experience in the food industry, in nutrition positions. You have a very good knowledge of the French market, the nutrition‑related topics and ecosystem. You are fluent in English and French, with a collaborative and business‑oriented mindset, and demonstrated leadership skills.
