We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients. As an Associate Director, you will provide key analytical support in idea origination efforts and transaction execution focused on M&A, leveraged buyouts, and equity / debt / private capital market transactions. Qualifications / Expertise A university degree in finance, economics, business administration, mathematics or related technical field. 2‑3 years’ experience in investment banking. Advanced financial modelling skills with a strong understanding of corporate finance principles. Exceptional attention to detail, proactive approach, and effective time management. Proven experience in training and mentoring junior team members to deliver optimal outcomes for clients and the team. Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal stakeholders and clients. Fluency in French and English is essential.
