Henderson Drake is working with a globally recognised organisation renowned for innovation in finance transformation. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior OneStream Consultant to join a growing team focused on delivering enterprise‑scale EPM solutions. This is a hands‑on consulting role with strategic influence, offering the opportunity to contribute to major transformation initiatives within a forward‑thinking environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of OneStream EPM implementations across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions. Design and maintain complex financial models tailored to business requirements. Provide subject matter expertise across consolidation, FP&A, and financial close processes. Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust OneStream solutions. Deliver user training, support adoption, and drive best practice use of the OneStream platform. Continuously assess and improve existing EPM processes to enhance performance and compliance. Stay current with platform capabilities and contribute to solution design improvements and upgrade initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with solid hands‑on expertise in OneStream. Proven success in implementing and supporting OneStream solutions. Strong functional knowledge of consolidation, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems. Experience working in cross‑functional, often global, environments. Proficiency in French is highly advantageous. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Effective time management with a proven ability to manage competing priorities. Collaborative working culture with a focus on innovation and results.
