As the first and only dedicated Data Analyst, you’ll own the analytics function end-to-end — turning raw data into actionable insights that shape our product, operations, and growth strategy. You won’t be starting from scratch: we already have a modern data stack in place, built by our Head of Data & Software (your future manager), who will support you as you take full ownership of the analytics function. From mapping how patients move through our digital clinic to optimizing how doctors and nurses work, you’ll use your analytical mindset and business intuition to drive smarter, faster decisions that create impact across the company.Our tech stack: Python, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Airflow, Apache Superset, Airbyte, Posthog.Our challenges: We’re scaling quickly.
