We’re seeking a Technical Industrialisation Project Manager to oversee the successful introduction of new products and processes, balancing technical precision, customer collaboration, and operational performance. What This Role Offers End-to-End Project Ownership Play a central role from the earliest stages of product development including concept and R&D with the autonomy to shape both product and process design. Strategic Decision-Making Influence key technical and operational choices, with the freedom to drive solutions and improvements. Technical Challenge & Innovation Tackle complex, high-tech industrial projects using advanced tools and methodologies, while leading process innovation and greenfield industrialization initiatives. Your Mission As the key link between the customer and the production site, you will: Lead the full industrialization lifecycle of new projects, from feasibility through to production ramp-up Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, production, and procurement Develop and manage project plans, budgets (including tooling and capital investments), and technical documentation Ensure customer milestones are met and maintain clear, structured communication throughout Oversee prototype and sample production, ensuring a smooth transition to serial manufacturing Monitor key performance indicators, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when needed Integrate safety, environmental, and energy considerations into all phases of the project Conduct project reviews and post-launch evaluations to drive continuous improvement What You Bring Solid experience in project management within an industrial or manufacturing setting Strong understanding of industrialisation processes, tooling, and production workflows Familiarity with quality assurance tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC) Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines Fluent in French; English proficiency required for international communication Degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience in industrial project leadership Ready to lead the next generation of industrial projects?
