EMEA Events Executive

As EMEA Events Executive, you will assist both the Events and Esports Managers in organizing events (such as trade and industry exhibitions, product launches, company events & esports events…) and enhancing the company’s visibility and favorable image. Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list): Support the EMEA Events & Esport teams in the planning & execution of high-profile events & esports initiatives Support Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe territories in the framework of Events & Esports projects Support the Communication Team with PR and community events (logistic, catering, tech & staffing needs…) Support other departments such as Licensing, HR, and the Management team with their event needs Produce detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, formats, staffing and budgets) Create and share event schedules Update EMEA event guidelines and make sure these are followed locally Handle post-event evaluation, feedback survey, continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
