As a PMO Lead, your role will be to drive delivery and governance standards within the Group Engineering & Technology function, fostering a culture of oversight and reporting to enhance visibility and accountability across all initiatives.Reporting to the Group CTO, you will play a key role in embedding standards, processes, and reporting mechanisms across all initiatives, enabling successful delivery and championing continuous improvement. You will provide function-level oversight and reporting, collaborating with the Leadership Team to analyse performance and recommend coursecorrecting actions when needed. By coaching and guiding delivery owners, you will support them in utilising and tailoring standards, guidelines, and processes to best serve their teams and achieve positive outcomes. Your efforts will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Engineering function, ultimately driving the organisations success.ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day delivery of PMO services, providing guidance and support to delivery owners.Provide the Engineering Leadership team with insight and reporting, analysis and recommendations.Embed delivery standards, guidelines and processesDefine and report on agreed KPIs to measure delivery performance.Monitor and report on delivery progress, focusing on alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Facilitate communication between delivery teams, senior management, and other stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and across delivery teams.Provide training and support to delivery owners and team members on PMO processes and tools.Conduct assurance reviews of initiatives to identify good practices that can be re-used and areas for improvement.QualificationsProject Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) preferredProven experience (5+ years) in leading a PMO in a complex organisation.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (waterfall and Agile) and tools.Experience in change management.Excellent analytical skills, with ability to transfer data into insight.Deep understanding of governance and oversight, with the knowledge to tailor standards to different delivery approaches.Ability to think both strategically and tacticallyFluent English with good writing and presentation skillsPersonal Qualities / Attitude / CompetencesStrong communication skills with the ability to establish relationships at all levels.Strong team player, able to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Creative and innovative thinker, capable of developing effective solutions.High emotional intelligence, with effective influencing skills.Naturally takes a coaching and guiding approach.Comfortable working independently and taking the initiative without constant management oversight.Ability to work in an international environment, willingness to travelWhat you will gainContribute to the growth of a global leaderBenefit from technological evolutions driven working environmentGrow in an open-minded culture with a very little hierarchical macro-structureExpress yourself fully and to evolve in your area of responsibilityBenefit from an attractive package and many advantagesWork in a very friendly atmosphereInternational mobilityBe part of an international team of expertsEngineering PMO Lead BTB Satellite IndustryHF • Paris or Toulouse #J-18808-Ljbffr
