Join us and play a key role in delivering best‑in‑class Microsoft Security solutions across diverse and exciting environments.ResponsibilitiesAs a Microsoft 365 Security Consultant, you will guide customers on their security transformation journey — designing, implementing, and optimising their M365 security posture. You’ll work closely with Sales, Architects, and Delivery teams to build trusted relationships and deliver impactful, secure solutions.Job Requirements5+ years of consulting experience in a customer‑facing roleHands‑on expertise with Intune, Defender for Endpoint, threat & identity managementStrong knowledge of: Azure AD, ADFS, MIM, EMS, GPO, PowerShell, PKI5+ years designing and deploying Microsoft 365 environmentsA solution‑focused mindset with a genuine desire to help customers adopt innovative Microsoft Security toolsA passion for continuous learning and staying at the top of your professionA detail‑oriented, autonomous approach — able to take initiative and tackle complex challengesStrong multitasking ability with high standards across multiple client engagementDesirableMicrosoft 365 certificationsMicrosoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experienceExcellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business valueCustomer‑centric mindset and collaborative approachCompany descriptionSoftwareOne and Crayon have come together to form a global, AI-powered software and cloud solutions provider with a bold vision for the future.
