We are currently hiring additional team members to continue this growth.The Analyst roleThe Analyst role is the first stage in a strategy consultant’s career. It is a demanding job, but you will receive first class training from our successful consultants.As an integral part of our project teams, CIL Analysts will:Grasp new business models quickly, typically working on a different project every 4-6 weeks.Independently test commercial hypotheses through data collection and analysis.Carry out rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis of industry and internal company datasets.Play a key role in debating and refining hypotheses with the project manager and project leader, drafting clear & concise output for inclusion in the final report once agreed.Get in front of clients and help present our findings – we firmly believe that early client exposure is a great way to learn and develop.What we're looking forCIL people share:Strong academic background from a top university.Excellent team working and people skills.Qualification criteriaOutstanding academic background from a leading French business school, engineering school or top European university.Prior experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking and/or private equity is preferred but not essential.Professional fluency in both French and English, spoken and written (minimum C1 level). Any additional languages are a plus.Strong team player.Excellent analytical skills combined with critical thinking.Strong oral and written communication skills.Commercial acumen and an appetite for solving business problems.At the time of starting their employment, the successful candidate must have the right to work in France.
